All of our hosting plans are protected by a 99% server and network uptime guarantee and redundancy. Becor Designs will provide e-mail communication alerts in any expected downtimes due to upgrades at least 24 hours prior.

Customer support is available for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year except on special situations such as server upgrade which shall be communicated to the client at least 24 hours prior.

We provide a 2-tier support system. All hosting plans feature a second level ticket support service for complex technical issues, with a 1-hour response time guarantee.

For Cloud hosting, service tasks can be requested or an Incident reported by telephone during working hours, or by mail. Incidents reported or services requested outside the working hours will be served at the next scheduled working day, unless a special procedure for Major Incident is invoked
